After a modest beginning in 2006, FORMTECH has become a reputable and trusted name in Stamping & Wire forming. This is all because of our quality products delivered on time in optimum price. FORMTECH is an ISO 9001 certified company. We are located in the city of Pune, India which is not only an automobile, industrial and education hub but also well connected by all means to the rest of the world.
We produce custom parts as per customer’s design. We cater low volume as well as very high-volume parts and assemblies. Our aim is customer satisfaction if not delight through high quality and the best service.
We do in-house design and developments of dies and tools and this is the main reason for speedy new product development.
We supply more than one million parts per month which we aim to double with new orders.

Capability & Facilities
- We produce parts in differents types of raw material grade as per customer requirements. Eg: Spring Steel, SS and Aluminum, Copper, Brass and MS.
- We can manufacture press parts (stamping) thickness from 0.4 mm to 4 mm.
- On our SPM we can manufacture strip width from 0.4 mm to 14 mm.
- We supply parts ready to fit or in assembled condition as required by customer.

Eddy Sorter Machine
We have facility to check 100% parts for hardness using “Eddy sorter machine” earlier we were checking only sample on Rockwell hardness tester as per sample plan. Currently we are checking hardness of Kirloskar parts and filter clamps of Bajaj, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Lumax carnagolia.
These methods help to segregate large quantity of material. Using this Eddy sorter, Material can be segregated as per required limit range of hardness.
